Integrity of murder inquiry at risk while Joseph Muscat is in office, EU mission says Malta’s prime minister, Joseph Muscat, is under renewed pressure to quit immediately after a European parliament delegation said the integrity of the Daphne Caruana Galizia murder inquiry remained at risk while he was still in power.
