EU clears Air France-KLM, Delta, Virgin group deal over Virgin Atlantic

EU antitrust regulators on Tuesday cleared Air France-KLM, Delta Air Lines and Virgin Group to acquire joint control over Virgin Atlantic, saying they did not see any competition concerns.
