THE EU is ready to continue Brexit negotiations until Wednesday in a clear indication that a deal could be near - and also accepts Northern Ireland can leave the Customs Union at a time of its choosing in a key concession to Boris Johnson, BBC political editor Laura Kuenssberg has said.
